Founders Metals Identifies New Targets From Drone Magnetics Survey
Founders Metals Inc. ("Founders" or the "Company") (TSXV: FDR.V) is pleased to announce the results of a property-wide high-resolution UAV magnetics survey at its Elmtree Gold Project in northeastern New Brunswick. Numerous northeast-trending linear magnetic lows, consistent with the gold-bearing Elmtree Fault Zone, have been identified. Magnetic highs of a similar scale and signature to the mineralized West Gabbro Zone occur along or adjacent to these linear features. Historical data show that gold mineralization is spatially associated with similarly-oriented fault/shear zones. Iron-rich, magnetic mafic rocks are the preferred host for the highest-grade gold mineralization in the area.

Founders Metals Obtains Drill Permits and Signs Drill Contract and Landowner Agreements for the Elmtree Gold Project
Founders Metals Inc. ("Founders" or the "Company") (TSXV: FDR.V) is pleased to announce that it has received its work authorization from the New Brunswick Mining Recorder's Office. The government permit allows Founders to commence diamond drilling on the Elmtree Gold Project in northeastern New Brunswick, where it has signed landowner access agreements across the 1063-hectare property. The Company is also pleased to announce the signing of a drilling contract with Cartwright Drilling Inc. of Goose Bay, Newfoundland, to conduct a diamond drill program on the Elmtree property, with a planned October 2021 start date.

Founders Metals Inc. ("Founders" or the "Company") (TSXV: FDR.V) is pleased to announce that it has completed a property-wide Ion Leach soil sampling program at its Elmtree Gold Project in northeastern New Brunswick (fig. 1). A total of 3,715 samples were collected over the 1,026-hectare property. This high-resolution sampling campaign represents the most comprehensive geochemical survey on the property to date. It leverages the sensitivity of the Ionic Leach analytical method to identify new exploration targets and better define the extent of known gold mineralization on the property.
